• If the product is damaged by us or during the delivery, it can be returned without any further questions. BUT the product must be checked in front of the delivery man. After he departs your location, NO COMPLAINTS will be accepted.
  • If we mistakenly send any product, you can return as well, but if you want to exchange the product within 2 days of delivery, a 50% deduction will be applied on eligible exchangeable product and you have to the full amount (New product Price with adjustment + Delivery Charge) in advance.
  • No Exchanges are allowed after 2 days of Delivery.
